摘要: Due to increasing traffic demand, many metropolitan areas are experiencing extensive congestion, which demands for efficient signal timing and optimization. However, conventional efficiency measure-based optimization cannot handle the ubiquitous uncertainty in road networks, demanding incorporation of reliability measures into optimization, is still its early stage. Therefore, targeting this issue, based on recent studies recognizing travel time (TRR) as an important measure a reliability-based urban network model proposed paper, with objective function optimize TTR measure, i.e., buffer index. The solved using heuristic particle swarm approach. A case study conducted microscopic simulation City Nanjing, China. Results demonstrate that can improve well. Future recommended expand integration
