摘要: Storage allocation of outbound containers is a key factor the performance container handling system in automated terminals. Improper storage plans make QC waiting inevitable; hence, vessel time will be lengthened. A simulation-based optimization method proposed this paper for problem terminals (SAPOBA). simulation model built up by Timed-Colored-Petri-Net (TCPN), used to evaluate plans. Two approaches, based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA), are form complete method. Effectiveness verified experiment, as comparison two approaches.
