摘要: The change in the capacity to form neural structures was quantitatively analyzed both intact and isolated ectoderms of Cynops pyrrhogaster gastrula. frequency explants with induced abruptly decreases between stage 12c 13b ectoderm, 12 hr 18 preculture ectoderm. quantitative analysis also made clear that size cell population gradually reduced aging authors simultaneously examined proliferation early gastrula ectoderm confirmed all ectodermal cells divided at least once within 23°C, after which competence completely disappeared. The relationships lineage (cell generation) are discussed light these findings.
