摘要: Sample preparation for both environmental and more importantly biological matrices is a bottleneck of all kinds analytical processes. In the case proteomic analysis this element even important due to amount cross-reactions that should be taken into consideration. The incorporation new post-translational modifications, protein hydrolysis, or its degradation possible as side effects proteins sample processing.
