摘要: Abstract The temperature requirements of solar industrial process heat applications range from 60 °C to 260 °C. characteristics medium medium-high collectors are given and an overview efficiency cost existing technologies is presented. Five collector types have been considered in this study varying the simple stationary flat-plate movable parabolic trough ones. Based on TRNSYS simulations, estimation system plants operating Mediterranean climate for different technologies. annual energy gains such systems 550 1100 kWh/m 2 a. resulting costs obtained 0.015 0.028 C£/kWh depending type applied. viabilities depend their initial fuel price. None these however stable but change continuously international market trends oil production rates. will turn out be more favourable when become cheaper subsidisation removed. Therefore optimisation procedure suggested paper should followed order select most appropriate each case.
