摘要: Aquaculture releases organic matter to the water column through excretion, fecal pellets, and uneaten food, but also by continuous release of fish epithelium mucus. The effect latter on natural bacterial assemblages was determined using ammonium amended experiments at Puyuhuapi fjord in Chilean Patagonia. Mucus added seawater coming from 2 100 m depth ammonium, nitrite nitrate, dissolved carbon (DOC), picoplankton abundance, active composition (i-tag 16S rRNA) were followed for 24 h. results showed a significant response microbial community only surface after 6 h incubation. A reduction DOC concentration accumulation nitrate over time observed, mainly m. Changes bacteria between treatments observed different taxonomic levels, associated with Alphaproteobacteria (Clade SAR11), Bacteroidetes (Polaribacter) Gammaproteobacteria (Colwellia, Oceaniserpentilla) other such as Nitrospina sp, nitrite-oxidizing some hours during Fish pathogens, Vibrio Piscirickettsia rare (<0.02%). Overall, our study suggests that mucus can cause rapid modifications stimulate nutrient cycling, including heterotrophic autotrophic (nitrification) areas influenced aquaculture.
