摘要: Data are presented on acoustic oscillations produced by a burner using hexagonal bank of hypodermic tubes as deep ports. Most the tests were made with ethane fuel, but some run methane and propane, for comparison. Both diameter length combustion chamber varied.It was found that could be considered driver which forced slugs gas in ports to oscillate. Burning incremental pulses combustible mixture periodically issuing from furnished energy drive when burned phase oscillating component pressure chamber.
