摘要: This research evaluated physicians’ agreement about patients’ diagnoses and nurses’ ability to detect patient change using traditional charts (TC) a work domain analysis-based paper prototype (PP) also sought determine whether differences persisted when the PP was represented as an electronic (EP). Nurses’ detection improved EP compared TC (PP vs TC, t(df¼6) ¼ 1.94, p < 0.03; 3.14, 0.01) better with (t(df¼6) 5.96, 0.001). Physicians were more likely agree failed physiological systems (t(df¼10) 0.01), but higher 2.23; 0.02). These results are attributed information grouping around functions direct association of causeand-effect relations in clinical design.
