摘要: Victor and Cullen (1987, 1988) developed a typology of ethical climates based upon the level moral development work group (egoism, benevolence principled la Kohlberg, 1981) locus analysis utilized in reaching decisions (individual, local, cosmopolitan). Building on this typology, data were obtained from high technology company for purpose empirically extending examination number that exist portraying relationship between dimension decisions.
