摘要: Abstract White rot fungus Irpex lacteus was grown in both stationary and agitated submerged liquid cultures as well immobilized on polyurethane foam (PUF) pine wood (PW) to study the effect of growth conditions degradation commercial dyes. The respective values decolorization anthraquinone-based Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) dye used at 150 μg ml −1 were 100, 95, 97 100% within 6–10 days. Stationary exhibited higher levels lignin peroxidase (LiP), manganese-dependent (MnP) laccase than selective inhibition by NaN 3 n -propylgallate brought evidence that MnP played a major role RBBR I. . When comparing PUF- PW-immobilized decolorizing RBBR, five-fold detected former whereas activities similar. No LiP either culture. Both able rapidly decolorize not only but also various textile-industry, color bath effluents. Reusability regenerative capacity cultures, important for application water bioremediation, documented.
