摘要: Due to the increasing importance of Information Technology, execution actions in context enterprises requires more than last decades, alignment between concerned actors and additionally cooperation them, particular human mechanical agents. However, through progressing automation autonomisation information technology, with agents is still necessary. To embrace specific consequences such developments, a theory action enterprise environments will be developed on basis Max Weber’s social action, which explains an enterprise. Enterprise are not only oriented towards interaction other system, but consider requirements that were formulated for agent by management. Despite these requirements, able contribute culture varying adapting their actions. In this way, every contributes economic, also cultural capital. By introducing IT systems as autonomously acting agents, balance capital endangered. Any kind creativity prohibited unambiguous instructions fully automated completely strategy, without considering important factors. Thereby, paper introduces discusses general conception socio-technological interactions within enterprises. Specifically, concept used illustrate how evolves it threatened strict standardised interactions.
