摘要: The aim of this elaboration was the photogrammetric assessment negative hurricane effects on forest stand in Koszecin Forest District (Regional Directorate Polish State Katowice). hurricane, which happened August 15th 2008, damaged aprox. 545 hectares stands. This value estimated based stereodigitizing aerial photographs using 3D mapping techniques (SoftCopy station – DEPHOS). Other led to less accurate results: vectorized orthophotomap (so called “2D” method) about 63 ha stands (-11.6%), photointerpretation VHRS RapidEye (2D 12 more (+2.2%) and traditional estimating methods 148 (+27.27%). results method were considered as a reference assess spatial distribution study successful demonstration capabilities modern 3D- methods, their superiority over “standard” products used forestry, such ortophotography, possible use case disaster (hurricane).
