摘要: Abstract Esterification of palmitic acid with methanol was studied on zirconia supported tungsten oxide solid catalysts prepared by both impregnation and co-precipitation methods; the loading calcination temperature were varied. These characterized X-ray diffraction for structural elucidation temperature-programmed desorption ammonia their surface acidity. Whereas impregnated exhibited tetragonal monoclinic phases zirconia, at temperatures beyond 500 °C co-precipitated analogues showed stability towards phase. The formation crystalline decreased esterification activity, as a consequence Coexistence amorphous offered maximum activity.
