摘要: RA associates with an increased burden of cardiovascular disease, which is at least partially attributed to classical risk factors such as hypertension (HT) and dyslipidaemia. HT highly prevalent, seems be under-diagnosed under-treated among patients RA. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms that may lead blood pressure in patients, paying particular attention commonly used drugs for treatment We also suggest screening strategies management algorithms HT, specific population, although it clear these need formally assessed prospective randomized controlled trials designed specifically purpose, which, unfortunately, are currently lacking.
