摘要: Abstract We examined effects of administering biogenic amines (putrescine, cadaverine, tryptamine, β-phenylethylamine, spermine and histamine) to 15 weaned Saanen kids (2 months old; 11.6±1.4 kg BW) for 14 days. The were randomly assigned three groups: control (no amines), oral dose (OD), 1.4 g per day by administration, feed (FD), mixed with the diet. DMI body weight (BW) recorded daily before morning feeding. On 15, OD animals slaughtered selected muscles analyzed physical characteristics. Samples rumen, abomasum, liver, pancreas, duodenum, jejunum, distal ileum histologically. In group, growth rate reduced compared group a smaller effect on same variables was observed in FD group. 14, BW lower (P
