摘要: Restoring the normal joint line (JL) is an important goal to achieve in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). We intended study veracity of several landmarks used level JL Chinese people. Two hundred fifteen standard CT scans were included measure distances from distal (DJL) and posterior (PJL), along with femoral width (FW) order calculate ratios. Landmarks adductor tubercle (AT), medial epicondyle (ME), lateral (LE), tibial (TT), fibular head (FH) inferior pole patella (IPP). Ratios calculated between FW (e.g. FHDJL/FW). Linear regression analysis t test determine accuracy differences amongst sides leg, genders races. The average IPPDJL/FW, TTDJL/FW, FHDJL/FW, LEDJL/FW, LEPJL/FW, MEDJL/FW, MEPJL/FW, ATDJL/FW ATPJL/FW 0.165, 0.295, 0.232, 0.297, 0.281, 0.327, 0.3PJL, 0.558 0.313, respectively. No significant difference had been found left right leg. A gender was only statistically on ratio IPP, also, no linear correlation observed IPP FW. Most values lain a 4-mm threshold for MEDJL (95.81%), LEDJL (94.88%), MEPJL (97.21%), LEPJL ATPJL (93.49%) ATDJL (100%). Significant different AT, ME LE can be as reliable locate population intraoperatively. It meaningful come up set ratios
