There moderate agreement between initial repeat mouth examinations carried out workers, which on average 6 months apart. almost perfect (kappa = 0.85) physicians identifying different types precancerous lesions. our indicate that it possible train resource persons perform cancer accurately doctors, although experience appears be a crucial component workers' accuracy. efficacy such an approach reduce incidence mortality from cancer, however, remains proven.
