摘要: The diurnal variation of mass divergence and vertical velocity is documented for tropical summertime oceanic weather systems in the Western Pacific, Atlantic GATE region. It shown that it large has same basic character all regions. Gray Jacobson (1977) proposed convergence a result differences net radiative convective heating rates thick cirrus-shield covered their surrounding clear areas. Fingerhut (1978) developed numerical model which appears to substantiate this hypothesis. A comparison observations with results from his reveals simple radiation-condensation simulates most observed variations convergence. hypothesis radiational forcing one major contributors maintenance modulation systems.
