摘要: Abstract The importance of archaeological sites in terms their cultural record and scientific value is widely appreciated. development any policy designed to conserve must be based on an assessment potential worth the extent which they are at risk from processes could lead deterioration or loss record. There need develop methodologies for assessing sensitivity soil erosion. This paper reports innovative use situ as well laboratory derived values 137 Cs activity estimating erosion rates a cropmark site underlain by sands gravels. results indicate rate this Neolithic 0·5 mm/a, above acceptable tolerance value. It proposed that such approach can provide basis hazard thought risk.
