摘要: Abstract A substantially narrow GMAW torch nozzle head has been designed that enables narrowing down of weld groove up to a limit just accommodating the in it where wall thick section virtually acts as side produce narrowest possible butt welding. model shielding gas flow dynamics and its rate case employing newly developed studied at different projection angle inside joint by using ANSYS-CFX(14.5) software. The utility aspect such from view point smooth close fitted ultra-narrow also studied. outcome analytical studies used defect free multi-pass P-GMAW process with vertically placed electrode depositing single bead per layer groove.
