摘要: PURPOSE The aim of the study reported here was to evaluate characteristics anterior-segment via optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) and corneal biomechanical properties using an ocular response analyzer their changes by peripheral laser iridotomy (PI) in patients with pigmentary glaucoma (PG). MATERIALS AND METHODS Seventeen eyes PG were included consecutively. AS-OCT measurements taken before 3 months after PI. Baseline morphology change analyzed correlation multiple linear regression analysis. main parameters assessed anterior-chamber (AC) angles volume as well hysteresis (CH) resistance factor. RESULTS AC found have decreased significantly each quadrant PI (P<0.001), highest effect seen temporal quadrant, which from 57.0°±9.6° 44.1°±5.2° (± standard deviation). Mean 213.1±36.4 187.0±23.4 mm(3) (P<0.001). CH factor did not correlate preoperative superior inferior angle width (Spearman's rho 0.553 0.615, respectively, P<0.05). Biomechanical showed no predictive value on or volume. CONCLUSION results a highly significant reduction visualized AS-OCT, largest quadrant. is strongly positively correlated angles, emphasizing importance cornea for pathogenesis PG, but cannot predict PI-related changes.
