摘要: FORMATION of bacterial cellulose in cell-free fractions homogenates Acetobacter xylinum, supplemented by either adenosine triphosphate1,2 or uridine diphosphoglucose3, has recently been reported. Such homogenate are necessarily complex, and unequivocal identification the immediate precursor might be easier if a extract cultures this bacterium, which retains capacity to form cellulose, could prepared. This communication describes preparation such an extract.
