摘要: Nurses who are considered by the hospital to be able provide maximum health services patients so that they can increase patient satisfaction. This research was conducted analyze job satisfaction of nurses based on Internal Service Quality in inpatient installation RSI A. Yani Surabaya. The study with an observational analytic design and cross-sectional approach. population Surabaya, a total 104 nurses. sample size 78 were spread each room method sampling using simple random sampling. Data analysis performed binary logistic regression test. results showed 98.7% rated internal service quality as good and 64.1% said satisfied. Based statistical test, it found value p = 0.999 (> 0.05), which means has no significant effect However, aspect quality, aspects tools reward recognition almost Provision 9.23 times less risk dissatisfying than providing good tools. Likewise, giving rewards likely have 3.34 making dissatisfied compared recognition.
