摘要: A deionized water producing apparatus includes a pretreatment having reverse osmosis apparatus, and an electrodeionization diluting compartment filled with ion exchanger. In order to disinfect the hot of higher than 80° C. is flown through 60° apparatus. Hot flowing thorough gradually heated at rate 0.1-10° C./min.
