摘要: Quantitative electroencephalographic studies of cortical electrogenesis have been performed on waking, unrestrained rabbits. Deanol (5 mg/kg, i.v.) produced, after a 30-minute latency period, marked and longlasting increase the voltage output. The EEG pattern was hypersynchronization but behavior animals overexcitation. Choline did not exert any discernible effect approximately doubled period for onset action deanol. Atropine (1 produced transient depression deanol.
