摘要: We present a novel methodology for the conjugation of Pluronic poly(ethylene oxide)−poly(propylene oxide)−poly(ethylene oxide) block copolymers with fluorescein derivative, 5-(4,6-dichlorotriazinyl) aminofluorescein (5-DTAF), at room temperature under aqueous conditions. Two copolymers, F68 molecular weight (MW) 8400 and P105 MW 6500, were examined. The labeled exhibited maximum absorbance 498 nm, peak fluorescence 516 marked reduction in both acidic pH below 7.
