摘要: An active control mechanism and method for stabilizing a servo-controlled actuator system such as an in data recording disk drive by compensating the vibrational modes of actuator's arm assembly. The has sensing arrangement which can include one or more individual sensors attached to at locations where they generate signals phase with modes, especially all major A derives from adjustment signal consisting three corrective terms--a stiffening correction, damping correction inertia reduction correction--and is used feedback loop stabilize system.
