摘要: OBJECTIVE: Explore the role of emotional intelligence (EI) among medical laboratory scientists as perceived by clinical administrators. DESIGN: A detailed survey was designed to assess importance administrators placed on EI related skills well gauge their satisfaction with currently practicing (MLSs). Other questions solicited information about responsibility individuals and college-based programs should assume for training what is being done in laboratories promote development soft skills. Quantitative qualitative from 413 completed surveys compiled analyzed. SETTING: Surveys were collected 42 states. CONCLUSION: Laboratory indicated that very important successful job performance laboratory. They expressed overall MLSs, but room improvement.
