摘要: Dislocation of a total hip prosthesis is substantial burden in terms morbidity and health care costs. The incidence dislocation highest during the first postoperative months but risk persists throughout entire life patient. treated by an emergency closed reduction undergeneral anaesthesia, following which about three out four patients will have stable hip. In cases recurrent treatment difficult, depending upon time between surgery dislocation, identification etiologic factor, general status Patients specific cause can be identified better results after surgical revision. When no causal factor detected several options are possible, less consistent.
