摘要: Methods and compositions involving enzyme-activatable fluorophore polymer imaging agents for photodetection of specific tissues and/or human diseases disorders are provided. In certain embodiments, the agent comprises a hydrophilic backbone (e.g., poly(L)lysine), hydrophobic fluorophore, solubilizing agent. The may comprise quarternary ammonium group 1- methylnicotinic group) to enhance self-quenching fluorophore. Various methods generation purification also provided, including solid phase probe extraction or ion exchange purification.
