摘要: A multilayer zinc oxide varistor without bismuth system ingredients, and having variable breakdown voltages by controlling the thickness of ceramic material; is bismuth-free composed as primary constituent with alkaline earth element (Ba) first additive, at least one transition elements Mn, Co, Cr, or Ni second additives, rare Pr, La, Ce, Nd Tb third additives B, Si, Se, Al, Ti, W, Sn, Sb, Na, K rest based exhibits an excellent ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) withstanding characteristic.
