摘要: Background and Aims: Malignant biliary obstruction is always caused by tumors which are unresectable so that palliative stent placement conducted for drainage of bile duct tree. Recently, irradiation with 125I seeds has been used to improve the patency survival time patients. We this meta-analysis evaluate therapeutic efficacy safety compared alone in patients malignant obstruction. Methods: searched Pubmed, Web Science, ClinicalTrials.gov, Cochrane Library, Embase CNKI databases all relevant studies up 1 May 2020. Patient survival, patency, adverse events were primary outcome measured. Also, Review Manager 5.3 Stata/SE15.0 perform analysis. Results: Eleven randomized controlled trials a total 767 included meta-analysis. Stent combined showed lower risk occlusion at 3 month (Odds Ratios(OR) = 0.15; 95%CI: 0.05-0.49, P =0.002), 6 (OR 0.18; 0.08-0.44, 0.0001), 9 0.10; 0.05-0.20, < 0.00001) year 0.07-0.31, better mean (MD 125days; 95% CI 91-159 days; alone. reconstructed Kaplan-Meier data demonstrated improved treated plus (hazard ratio(HR)= 1.886; CI: 1.609 2.210; 0.0001) Moreover, our analysis did not show significant difference between two groups about including abdominal pain, hemobilia, pancreatitis, cholangitis cholecystitis. Conclusion: superior acceptable complications.
