The effect of project success factors on project success criteria

摘要: Various studies on Project Success Factors (PSFs) and Criteria (PSC) have been conducted within the construction industry. However, influence that may in industry still remains elusive. A survey of UK professionals management roles was undertaken order to rank 15 PSFs terms their perceived four key PSC: time performance; cost quality; customer satisfaction. Results indicate nine investigated were ranked as influential performance with six quality performance. On other hand, project found be influenced mainly by while eight managers participants seeking maximise attainment cost, well satisfaction would therefore need pay attention specific are relevant these PSC.
