摘要: This article presents a new avenue for healthcare risk managers to drive improvement patients and organizations alike: working reduce avoidable patient suffering. It briefly describes the problem of suffering, differentiates between unavoidable suggests that common management tools can be used tackle problem. also highlights success story from one large health system.
