Thermoelectric hydrogen sensor working at room temperature prepared by bismuth-telluride P-N couples and Pt/γ-Al2O3

摘要: A hydrogen sensor working at room temperature with high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple structure was presented in this paper. Four couples of P- N-type bismuth–telluride films were connected series to serve as the feedback part a Seebeck coefficient 1.1 mV/K. platinum catalyst deposited on γ-Al2O3 acting sensitive part. Linear relationships between output voltage concentration well flow rate found when higher than 0.5 vol.%. As for 3 vol.% H2/Air gas 100 ml/min temperature, response recovery times about 30 55 s, respectively, error repeatability less 0.3%.
