摘要: Reflections on the Accreditation System of tenured University Professors in Spain. The article analyses way that Spanish university professors are selected. It emphasises need to improve this system, as examination processes last few years have been arbitrary. Since Organic Law was reformed, current National Qualification process has turned into an Professors. As a result, guidelines needed guarantee validity and reliability evaluation system. focus on: (a) criteria standards ;( b) process; (c) candidates; (d) commission members; (e) scientific productivity standards.
