摘要: Depressed mood states affect subjective perceptions of time but it is not clear whether this due to changes in the underlying timing mechanisms, such as speed internal clock. In order study depression effects on perception, two experiments using discrimination methods with short ( 1,000 ms) durations were conducted. Student participants who categorized mildly depressed by their scores Beck Depression Inventory less able than controls discriminate between longer equally shorter intervals. The results suggest that or dysphoric moods do pacemaker speed. It more likely affects ability maintain attention elapsing duration.
