摘要: In this paper, we present an energy-efficient medium access protocol designed for wireless sensor networks. Although the uses TDMA to give nodes in WSN opportunity communicate collision-free, network is self-organizing terms of time slot assignment and synchronization. The main goal minimize overhead physical layer. reduces number transceiver state switches hence energy wasted preamble transmissions. compared SMAC EMACs by simulation. LMAC able extend lifetime a factor 2.4 3.8, respectively.
