摘要: Semiconductor oxide chemoresistive gas sensors are widely used for detecting deleterious gases due to low cost, simple preparation, rapid response and high sensitivity. The performance of sensor is greatly affected by the morphology semiconductor oxide. There many morphologies, including zero-dimensional, one-dimensional, two-dimensional three-dimensional ones. oxides with different morphologies significantly enhance gas-sensing performance. Among various hollow nanostructures core-shell always focus research in field their distinctive structural characteristics superior Herein properties reviewed. This review also proposes a potential strategy enhancement future.
