摘要: In this work, a versatile method for generating linear pH gradients using weak anion-exchange HPLC has been developed, which is termed gradient chromatofocusing high-performance liquid chromatography. This utilizes external generated in the mobile phase entering column (inlet gradient), superimposed on an internally-generated within (column results from buffering action of ion exchanger and vice versa. The shows significant advantages over conventional chromatofocusing, including: decreased expense due to use common buffer components, ease adjusting slope produced at outlet (outlet gradient) through manipulation inlet ability high concentration buffers phase. Chromatography fibrinogen degradation products was done chromatofocusing. Bandwidths comparable were obtained separation products.
