摘要: The current crisis conducts companies to seek new solutions for growth. In this context, the still field of Service Design (SD) is gaining more and attention. Easy use based on collaborative processes, it enables achieve quite quick results. However SD process mastered by few actors inside organizations. There a need scale up whole organization. To that goal, needs undergo an industrialization process. What’s more, doing projects not enough change company. has be linked transformation strategies. This paper introduces dedicated framework which four basic components all along process: Knowledge, Software tools, Communities Places. mainly focuses first two components. It will illustrated with complete demonstration during session.
