摘要: The authors describe their contribution to the ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) effort for a definition of GSM (Group Special Mobile) standard half-rate coding system pan-European digital mobile cellular radio system. consists speech coder and channel coder. An overview algorithm is given. results from study different versions are described. A two-stage scheme presented, performance test shown. DSP implementation, computational requirements, memory usage also presented. >
