摘要: The merging of two divergent genomes during hybridization can result in the remodeling parental gene expression hybrids. A molecular basis underling change hybrid is regulatory divergence, which may with genetic divergence. However, there still no unanimous conclusion for this hypothesis. Three species Camellia a range divergence and their F1 hybrids were used to study effect on patterns by RNA-sequencing allelic analysis. We found that though proportion differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between parents did not increase, greater DEGs would be non-additively (especially transgressively) as become more divergent. In addition, significant evidence cis-regulatory increased, whereas trans-regulatory decreased discordance within intensify divergent, manifesting expressed. Trans-regulatory contributed additively inherited than cis, however, its contribution difference weakened cis mutations accumulated over time; might an important reason are, hybrid.
