摘要: Candida glabrata is mostly good, but, at times, it an opportunistic pathogen. Previously known as Torulopsis glabrata, enjoyed a good reputation and was even present in starter cultures. Its haploid genome lack of mating made attractive challenge for yeast genetics studies. However, more recently has become better due to its character emerging cause candidiasis, resistance multidrugs that are employed candidiasis treatment. While now classified still not fit tends stand alone very unique yeast. In terms sequence, dissimilar other most similar Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
