摘要: Abstract Transportation of fingerlings to a geographically distant culture system is an extremely stressful event that ultimately hinders the success practices in India. Therefore, present study aims evaluate stress mitigatory potency NaCl during long-term transportation Labeo rohita based on biochemical profiles, hydromineral characteristic, and hepatic HSP70 mRNA expression. Simulated L. were carried out for 12 h four treatments solution (0.2, 0.4, 0.6 0.8% NaCl) along with non-supplemented control group triplicate. Serum tissue sampling before (0 h, 1st day), immediately after (12 h, 2nd 3rd day (36 h) 7th (168 h) post transportation. Integrated biomarker response (IBR) index calculated selected biomarkers such as cortisol, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), triglyceride, creatinine lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malate (MDH), G-6 phosphatase tissues at each treatment control. The result showed significant change level hormone ionic concentration, enzymes (SGPT, LDH, MDH), metabolites (triglyceride, creatinine) upregulation liver total ammonia‑nitrogen was found be significantly (p
