摘要: This study investigated the effects of a combination tiletamine-zolazepam and xylazine plus tramadol (TZXT) compared efficacy this with that tiletaminezolazepam (TZX) for providing anaesthesia in Chinese experimental miniature pigs. Fourteen healthy, eight-month-old pigs both sexes were immobilised TZXT or TZX on two different occasions. The pigs' immobilisation analgesia scores baseline physiological parameters (heart rate, respiratory non-invasive systolic, diastolic mean arterial blood pressures, haemoglobin oxygen saturation rectal temperature) determined before five, 10, 30, 45, 60, 80 100 minutes after administration TZX. Pigs groups became laterally recumbent within three minutes. Some changed drug combinations, but they remained biologically acceptable limits not significantly between treatments. use resulted better induction time quality recovery TZX, higher sedation, analgesia, muscle relaxation, posture auditory response. animals much calmer during immobilisation.
