摘要: The polar glycolipid fractions of several mycobacterial strains the closely related species M. avium and paratuberculosis have been analysed by thin layer chromatography (TLC), high pH anion exchange (HPAEC), gas-liquid (GC) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. upper phase a Folch partitioning (rather than lower others) was subjected to TLC in solvent system chloroform-methanol-water 50:40:10 v/v/v. A major band purified from each strain. Monosaccharide analysis that A14 (from an AIDS patient) contained Glc, Ara, Man, Gal ratios 7:4:3:2. whereas one strain (316F) had low levels Man with monosaccharides being Glc two unidentified monosaccharides. second (J10) single containing only Glc. These known were compared slow growing isolates, Crohn's patient isolated armadillo. similar J10 having present: former also NMR spectrum J10, latter different any other analysed. results therefore indicate 316F is more it classical isolate.
