摘要: Abstract Plant regeneration through indirect organogenesis was obtained from pieces of in vitro shoots, produced on semi-solid and RITA® systems, Eucalyptus grandis E. × urophylla clones. Pieces shoots (with axillary buds removed) developed callus when cultured MS salts vitamins, 30 g l − 1 sucrose, 4 g Gelrite, 5 mg IAA 0.25 mg BAP. This callus, although small amounts, formed the same medium. Rooting achieved regenerated were presence 1/4 MS, 15 g 0.1 mg biotin, calcium pantothenate, 0.5 mg IBA − l Gelrite for 4 weeks. Subsequent acclimatization (> 90%) plantlets allowed to grow individually pots containing a mixture perlite coir soaked with 1/3 salts, subjected gradual reductions humidity. The use temporary immersion system as source initiation cultures not successful one tested result attributed large internodal size RITA®-produced clone.
