摘要: Competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) containing microRNA response elements can competitively interact with via miRNA elements, which combine non-coding protein-coding through complex ceRNA networks. CeRNAs include (long RNAs, circular and transcribed pseudogenes) (mRNAs). Molecular interactions in networks coordinate many biological processes; however, they may also lead to network imbalance thus contribute cancer occurrence when disturbed. Recent studies indicate that dysregulated derived from lung function as ceRNAs regulate multitudinous functions for cancer, including tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, growth, invasion, migration, metastasis. This study therefore reviewed the research progress field of highlighted validated involved functions. Furthermore, roles novel prognostic diagnostic biomarkers were discussed. Interpreting involvement will provide new insight into pathogenesis treatment strategies.
