摘要: This study aims to compare the expression of P2X receptor subtype mRNA in different arterial tissues rats. After rats were sacrificed, internal carotid, pulmonary, thoracic aorta, mesenteric and caudal arteries dissected out. Then, blood vessels was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) real-time quantitative polymerase reaction. The P2X1, P2X4 P2X7 amplification products revealed specific bands same size as amplified target fragment their respective lanes, while P2X2, P2X3, P2X5 P2X6 did not reveal significant lanes RT-PCR. Based on P2X1 artery, there no differences pulmonary aorta (0.64 ± 0.07, 0.17 ± 0.11 1.49 ± 0.65, respectively). However, level artery significantly increased (11.06 ± 1.99, P   0.05). different: artery < tail artery = thoracic aorta < internal carotid artery < mesenteric artery. relative observed be elevated when compared that well arteries. is artery < caudal among these five vessels.
